Unboxing: Resistance X-Wing Fighter

Today I am going to be unboxing one of Bandai's new line of Star Wars model kits. This is the 1/72 scale resistance X-Wing Fighter.
Really pleased to see less runners which means less work haha, but its not a surprise for a 1/72 scale model.
There isn't much color separation on this kit, it goes with decals which is meant to fill those on colored areas. Its either that or you paint the kit. (paint the kit)
Decal sheet
The details are looking really fine so far for a small kit, and its just right that it is.
another decal sheet? That's right, this kits come with both water slide decals and clear stickers. So you are free to use the one you are most comfortable with.
And it's done. Decided to finish the assembly of this kit as quickly as I can because I just really want to start painting again.. Its been to long since my last COMPLETED project.
I wont be doing any modifications on this kit, so it's a straight build paint kind of thing with weathering on the sides. Hope to be posting more about this soon.
